Hey, I'm 15 years old and a sopre in high school. I'm having major relationship problems. HELP!?

About three months ago I dated this guy. This guy is everything. Sweet, cute, funny, skater, guitar player, singer, surfer, he's even got a car. But a couple days later i saw my Ex and i realized I still had strong feelings for him and it wouldn't be right to be in a relationship and like another guy. So i ended it. About i month later i totally got over my Ex and started flirting with the other guy again, and he told me he still liked me so I thought i had a chance. But i guess i wasn't obvious enough. He started dating another girl, who i actually know and used to be friends with but we are not as close. When I told all my friends they said that their relationship would last because shes not one of the prettiest girls around, but i knew he didn't care about outside looks. One night we started texting (like we always do) and I was telling him all about my situation. But i didn't use his name. He knew me to well and knew exactly what i was talking about and we got into this conversations about feelings. He told me (while he is dating his current girlfriend) he still has feelings for me and always has. I also told him i still had feelings for him and i always have to. He said he would love us to date again some time in the future but he's "in love" with his girlfriend of one month. I have no idea what to do, i mean we have been talking and hanging out and everything. I just want him to realize he's not in love after one month, and that you cant have feelings for another girl and be in love. I'm so confused, i need help on what i should do, what i should say to him, how i should act around him. Please Please Please help. I cant get over this guy, as much as i try, i just cant. :[
