So I bought a game from Best Buy, and I was wondering if I could give it back to them and get my money back?

I bought it and it's Call of Duty: Black ops. I seriously want to get rid of it and get my money back. I live in the U.S and in Nevada. One of the cities close to Carson City (Reno)
