Can this be grounds for divorce?

you should get over it. you yourself said you guys live like roommates. why wouldn't you expect her to go out and party? she needs love and attention and she's obviously not getting it from you, so she needs to find it from other people. if you don't want her straying, show her how much you love her. if you don't love her, maybe you guys should have gotten a divorce a long time ago.
