I had a bad high with artificial weed....is this normal?

So I smoked some artificial weed called H-7, this isn't my first time smoking this weed and usually when I do smoke it, it's not a lot, and with H-7 it seems like there are like different "stages" each time, first when you smoke it, you zone out, you just focus a lot and you don't pay attention to what is going on around you, for what seems like hours this only takes place for a couple of minutes, then the laughter begins, everything is funny to you, and you just randomly say stupid things and each time they seem funny to you, again this last only a couple of minutes, then the last stage is you focus again but you calm down and are much more tired, and is aware of what's going on....now what happened to me is, when i smoke H-7 it's very hard to explain but when i walk during the second stage "laughter", it feels as if a wave starts from my feet all the way to my arms and i start waving my hands, walking in zig zags, I realize i'm doing this but i can't control my arms or legs...what happened that really scared me was, i fell down without even realizing it, and i couldn't focus and i couldn't control anything, as if my body was taking over and all i could control was my eyes...every time i moved it felt like a large wave was going through my body and i kept seeing multiples of my hands and legs, i couldn't get up at all, and i was freaking out and very scared..like I said U realized what was going on, and i kept telling myself, "you're high, really high get control it's okay", but every time i moved it....it just wasn't right and i was really scared, I even told my friend who was with me for help and i meant it.eventually i got up and was fine but it seemed like i never was going to get out of the scary moment that was happening.....is this normal, did i get to high? or was something actually wrong?
