I think my friend thinks I'm lying to her; advice?

I told my friend on last Sunday that I was better and wasn't sick anymore. The next day I was literally rushed into urgent care. She saw my medications at school the next day and how sick I looked. I know she thinks I lied to her and we already weren't on good terms at this time. She doesn't really say anything to me now and she just kind of watches me.
