Just been notified I am charged with cheating on a college final?

I wasn't caught in the act. The person next to me was looking at MY answers. I had no idea he was doing this at the time and now I have to meet with the conduct board. I did not cheat and did not ever intend to cheat. The person who cheated off me has told me that he will admit to cheating and tell the board that I had to idea he was looking at my paper and had no knowledge of him cheating. Any advice would help
