Cah any one help me out?

Our karate cl had initially around 50 students... but in the recent years the total number of students have decreased to 10... the prob is that many different styles of karate esp local and unrecognized ones have increased in the locale in the recent years... We practice karate in a open public ground... We have tried distributing pamphlets, Keep hoardings and even sign boards... But nothing has changed... Can any one pl help me how to increase our cl strength... Thank you
