What are some chinchilla breeders?

I am thinking of buying a chinchilla. I was going to buy one from Petco, but I've found that most people said it is cheaper and better to buy one from breeders. I can't seem to find one in Nevada though, specifically Reno. Is there anyone who knows some or is one? Please help.
