What is the most scariest ride/coaster you have been on or created on roller coaster 3?

Many years ago, Wolfenstein at busch gardens in williamsburg VA. The thing got stuck upside down just before I went on it so after they fixed it there was still that possibility that something could go wrong but that was all part of the thrill.
